Day six of my Vienna trip was my last full day in Vienna and I used it to visit three museums. I bought a combi-ticket for both locations of the Art History museum and for the Imperial Treasury. I began in the Imperial Treasury because it was the first to open!

The Austrian Crown Jewels.

I spotted Mary of Burgundy!

Marie Louise of Austria, Empress of the French

Napoleon & Marie Louise

Maria Theresa

Inside the Greek exhibition in the Neue Burg, part of the Hofburg.

Besides the Greek exhibition, it also houses musical instruments and armour.

Joseph II and two of his sisters

Marie Antoinette

Francis I and Maria Theresa

The most amazing family tree I’ve ever seen. From Rudolf I to Philip the Handsome.

It’s an amazing building!

This is the main location of the Art History Museum just off the Maria Theresaplatz.

Maria Lucrezia de’Medici

Mary of Hungary as a widow

Empress Eleonora Magdalene

Marie Louise, Empress of the French

Isabella d’Este, Marchesa of Mantua

The family of Emperor Maximilian I.

Jane Seymour, third wife of Henry VIII.

Sybille, Emilie and Sidonie of Saxony

Isabella d’Este in her later years.

Anne of Austria

Joanna of Castile and Philip the Handsome

Catherine of Aragon, first wife of Henry VIII

Eleanor of Austria, Queen of France

I had an amazing time in the museums and I’m glad I got to see all those great paintings! The buildings weren’t too bad either, ha!
