The Luxembourg Diamond Vine Leaves Tiara was made in the second half of the 19th century, but its creator is unknown.

The tiara is made of diamonds and it is set in yellow gold and silver with a vine leaf motif.

Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte reportedly only wore the tiara once, but Grand Duchess Maria Terese has worn it more often.

It was the wedding tiara of choice for all the daughters of Grand Duchess Charlotte. Princess Alix wore it in 1950, Princess Marie Gabrielle in 1951, Princess Elisabeth in 1956 and Princess Marie-Adélaïde in 1958.

The current Grand Duchess, Stéphanie, wore the tiara during the pre-wedding celebrations and chose a tiara from her own family for her wedding day.
