The Luxembourg Citrine and Pearl Bandeau is part of a demi-parure with earrings and a bracelet.

The provenance of the bandeau is unknown, but it first appeared on Princess Margaretha in 1976. It was also worn by the Princess’s mother, Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte.

The then Hereditary Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore it several times as well, and it was also worn by her daughter, Princess Alexandra.

The latest wearer is Stéphanie, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, who first wore it in 2013 at the wedding of Princess Madeleine of Sweden.
