Princess Eléonore of Belgium made her tiara debut during the state banquet for Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan.

The tiara she wore was a gift from her parents for her 18th birthday. The tiara was identified as having been purchased at auction in 2019. It was made in Belgium by the Brussels jeweller Coosemans.
