Princess Kosei Fukunaga is the niece of the late Puyi, the Last Emperor of China. She is the only surviving daughter of Prince Pujie (Emperor Puyi’s younger brother and former heir to the state of Manchukuo) and his Japanese wife, Princess Hiro Saga.
