On the square of the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Alapaevsk a monument to Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna (born Princess Elisabeth of Hesse and by Rhine) was unveiled. The Grand Duchess is a martyr and as such the monument was also consecrated by Metropolitan Kirill of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye. Read more about the Grand Duchess here.
